1. Is it safe to reveal my banking information on 20D?
Yes, shopping at 20D is 100% safe. Credit card payments are processed through the Payment Gateway – Citrus Payment Solutions that interface with various banks.
Citrus uses the latest encryption technology to protect your information. They encrypt your information so that it cannot be read as it travels over the Internet.
Furthermore, the Payment Gateway also asks you to enter the CVV (Credit Verification Value) number on your credit card. This is a 3 digit number which follows your credit card number and is given at the back of the card to ensure that the person entering the card number has the physical plastic card with him/her.
At 20D, we are taking extra care in tying up with payment gateways and banks. We would be adding more payment gateways over next few days to provide you with choices of payment options. The same would be highlighted on every page of the 20D website.
You can be assured that 20D offers you the highest standards of security currently available on the net so as to ensure that your shopping experience is private, safe and secure.
2. Does 20D store my credit card information?
20D does not collect or store your account information at all. Your transaction is authorized at multiple points, first by Citrus and subsequently by Visa and Mastercard secure directly without any information passing through us.
3. What payment options does 20D support?
We accept all Visa and Mastercard Credit Cards & Debit Cards. We also accept payments through secure Internet Banking facilities with large reputed banks including ICICI Bank, HDFC Bank, Citibank, State Bank of India, Union Bank of India, Axis Bank, Deutsche Bank and Yes Bank.
We also accept Cash payments in partnership with Gharpay. How does it work?
Cash booking is an easy way to prepay for your Outletwise order in cash. When you opt for 'Pay in Cash', we block the product for you for 24 hrs. During this period, our partners from Gharpay will contact you at the address mentioned by you to schedule an appointment to collect cash. Gharpay personnel will carry a copy of the original invoice and identity proof based on which you can make cash payment. Once we get confirmation from Gharpay of the payment receipt, we start the shipping process for your product.
Our partners at Gharpay will schedule an appointment to collect the cash payment from you within 24 hours of placing the order. We also provide Cash on Delivery option.
4. Does 20D accept international credit cards?
No, at this moment we are not accepting international credit cards.
5. What are the other payment options available to me?
We currently accept payments from all Visa and Mastercard credit cards and Internet Banking payments from major banks including ICICI Bank, Axis Bank and Yes Bank.
We also accept Cash payments through our partners - Gharpay
You may also pay using Demand Draft or Cheque. Please ensure that the cheque is in the name of "20D Retail Private Limited" payable at Mumbai. Please send the cheque along with the book requirements to our mailing address given here. In case of Cheque payments the orders will be processed only when the cheque is cleared by our Bank. We also provide Cash on Delivery option.
6. If I ordered an item and it appears to have a defect. How can I get it replaced?
20D offers you REPLACEMENT WITHIN 20 DAYS FROM THE DATE OF DELIVERY OF THE product/s ordered on 20D subject to the following terms and conditions:
1. You can ask for replacement of product/s in case of any defect found in the product and the same product/s will be shipped to you as a replacement for the defective product/s.
2. Replacement can be for the entire product/s or part/s of the product subject to availability of the same with 20D and notification of the same within 20 days from the date of delivery.
3. Replacement is offered for the product/s sold by ONLY. Disclaimer: "ANY DECISION ON 20 DAY REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE ON THE PRODUCT/S SOLD BY is at the sole discretion of and decision of shall be final and binding. 20D reserves the right to withdraw from 20 DAY REPLACEMENT GUARANTEE at any time without giving any intimation of whatsoever nature.
